Execution.

“I review and process every request thoroughly. I work out a clear assessment of the situation and of your requirements. Then, I define a project with concrete objectives, scheduling and costs. If it makes sense in the context of achieving the objective, I propose the involvement of network partners. Usually, after one or two consultations, the customer and I reach an agreement on the project contents. Then, I begin the process of implementation. If unexpected challenges crop up, I notify you immediately and suggest modifications to the project contents, if required. From the start, the project is structured and implemented in such a way as to reach the objectives on schedule and in line with projected costs.” Uwe Klaus Hotz, Chief Executive

I gained my experience in line functions in the fields of product development, sales, and business development. Since HM was founded, I have also been involved in the support of start-up companies, the buildup of my own business, and successful projects as an interim manager. I have built a substantial network of B2B customers and business and network partners. This network is often of great very value to my customers. My partners and I have at least 20 years of professional and managing experience under our belts. My partners know and respect one another as experts in their respective fields.
